Mark has spent over forty years in the luxury hospitality industry honing a skill set and impressive resume of empirical experience. His life and career have taken him from the entry kitchen levels of the culinary world to the administrative and consulting postions of some of the worlds leading hospitality purveyors. His unique blend of world wide experiences and successful executive application has culminated in his present position as the Academic Director of Culinary Arts and Management in Southern California’s leading Culinary Institute. As the Executive Advisor and Consultant for food and beverage, Chef Sullivan adds the necessary elements of overview and conceptualization so necessary to understand our corporate client’s needs.
