THE PROCESS:

The Sullivan Kelly Group will provide qualified candidates to our client, resulting in identification, recruitment, and securing of profitable luxury hospitality executives on a local, regional, national and global market basis.

INITIATE SEARCH/IDENTIFY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES:

We will tap into our network and resource base, including local, regional, national, global organizations with few off limit companies. We will need a comprehensive position description and organizational materials.

RECRUITMENT/RESUME PRESENTATION:

In selling the opportunity to otherwise inaccessible executive talent, selected candidates will be presented to your search committee in the form of confidential resumes. Consultations with you and the Sullivan Kelly Group will initiate actual face-to-face interviews.

INTERVIEWING/REFERENCE CHECKS:

At this sensitive stage we maintain close personal contact with finalist candidates in order to ensure their continued interest and motivation in the opportunity. We work closely with you in negotiating an offer and avoiding a counter-offer. We request permission from candidates to attain informal/formal references. Upon completion of references, we have in-depth knowledge of each candidate’s background, achievements, innovation, profitability and insight into personal characteristics.

FEES:

Our fee is based upon the first year’s base salary only, payable in three progressive installments, not on a calendar basis. A reduction in the professional fee evolves through several search assignments. Upon prior approval, candidate/consultant travel and interview expenses are to paid by client. Clients are not charged for daily research, admin, or telephone expenses.
